Hallelujah. I pray that the God of peace would be with you.
I am currently at Biola University with several pastors, where we are reflecting on evangelical theology and seeking God’s wisdom for how to faithfully lead our churches.
All of this is made possible through your prayers, and we are deeply grateful.
In the coming days, I will be visiting churches across the United States to share about North Korean missions.
I would like to ask for your urgent prayers. Please pray that a new rescue mission will be carried out safely.
Recently, a North Korean woman now living in South Korea reached out with a desperate request—to help find her son who remains in North Korea. She shared that she cannot go a single day without thinking about him, and even simple things like eating a meal feel painful because her child does not have the same.
By God’s grace, we were able to locate her son, and Caleb Mission was able to provide financial support to help him. What moved me deeply was her sacrifice. She is currently battling cancer, yet she continues to work at a restaurant, saving what she can to help her son.
This is not just one story—many are living in similar suffering. Please pray for her healing, and if you feel led, we would be grateful for your support.
Let us not turn away from those in such pain, but stand together in prayer and continue moving forward in the hope of gospel-centered reunification.
Please also pray for those preparing to escape soon, that they would be kept safe.
Thank you for your prayers.
In Christ’s love and service, Pastor Seungeun Kim

1. Heavenly Father, we pray that as we walk in obedience to the vision You have given us, You would train us and use us as channels of blessing even in the midst of hardship.
2. Lord, we pray that You would bless the ministry workers serving across Southeast Asia, as well as the North Korean women in need of rescue, and lead them to victory in the gospel.
3. Lord, we pray that the North Korean women in discipleship training, along with the missionaries who are training them, would be united as one to fulfill the mission of the gospel and live lives that bring glory to You.
