Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace will be with each of you and keep your families healthy and strong throughout the summer.
By God’s faithful guidance, Caleb Mission has rescued 1,068 North Korean escapees and helped them begin new lives in South Korea. Our ministry does not end with rescue. At our Gospel Center in Southeast Asia, escapees receive three months of Bible study, care, and discipleship training before continuing their journey.
When we see them growing in faith and attending churches in South Korea, we are reminded that they are an important part of the future spiritual reunification of the Korean Peninsula. We give all glory to God and sincerely thank you for the prayers and support that make this ministry possible.
On August 20, we will celebrate the 27th anniversary of Caleb Mission’s ministry and the 20th anniversary of our official registration as an organization. For the first time, we are preparing a special anniversary celebration. We hope to invite many North Korean escapees, share gifts with them, and give thanks to God together. We respectfully ask for your prayers and special support for this meaningful event.
We also continue to receive rescue requests from North Korean women who are hiding in China. Each one is a precious soul loved by God. Please pray for their protection and freedom.
God has also blessed our North Korean refugee community in South Korea with an abundant harvest of grapes, apples, and peaches. We are grateful for His provision and for the faithful work of the escapees in our community.
We believe that through your prayers, support, and partnership, the day of peaceful, gospel-centered reunification is drawing closer.
May God’s abundant grace rest upon your families, businesses, and ministries. Thank you for faithfully standing with Caleb Mission.
In Christ's love and service,
Pastor Seungeun Kim
