Hallelujah! May the God of peace be with you. Although the summer heat is intense and our ministry faces many challenges, we believe God will bring a precious harvest in His time.
Even now, North Korean women are risking their lives to escape. Please pray earnestly for their safety. Through Caleb Mission, they are rescued, receive three months of discipleship training, and are prepared to become future leaders for ministry to North Korea. Because this life-saving work faces strong spiritual opposition, we need your prayers more than ever.
Last week, I visited Hanawon, the government resettlement center for North Korean escapees, and met some of the women rescued through your prayers and support. Some plan to settle in Cheonan, join our church family, and continue growing in faith.
Whenever I witness such transformation, my heart is overwhelmed with gratitude. These women once did not know God, but now they have heard the gospel, received discipleship training, and desire to settle in Cheonan, grow in their faith, and become future leaders for ministry to North Korea. Their transformed lives are living proof that your prayers and faithful support are never in vain. I believe each of these precious lives will bear lasting fruit and bring glory to God.
I encouraged them not to forget the North Koreans still suffering in China, but to live faithfully, grow in their faith, and honor those who helped them reach freedom.
Please pray that they will remain grateful and never lose their first love for God. Also pray for those still escaping and for our ministry workers serving faithfully through the difficult summer season.
We believe there is great joy in heaven whenever one precious soul is saved. Thank you sincerely for your continued prayers and faithful support.
In Christ's love and service,
Pastor Seungeun Kim

1. Heavenly Father, please raise up the rescued North Korean escapees to become seeds and pioneers for future ministry to North Korea. Help them live victoriously through faith and for Your glory.
2. God, please renew the strength of the ministry workers, missionaries, and North Korean escapees at the Southeast Asia center during this hot summer. Bless and guide them in all they do.
3. God, make the center a strong base for preparing for Korea’s reunification through the gospel. Bring the freedom of the gospel to North Korea and hasten the day of reunification.
