Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace will always be with you.

Caleb Mission continues its ministry of gospel-centered reunification through your faithful prayers and partnership. With each step of this journey, we are continually reminded of how deeply we depend on your intercession.

As we endure the heat of this summer, we pray for your health and for God’s abundant grace to rest upon your family and ministry.

Recently, several important mission efforts were carried out through the Caleb Mission Southeast Asia Center. A North Korean escapee missionary and a South Korean deacon visited the field to meet with newly rescued North Korean sisters and spend time in fellowship.

The message that emerged from their time together was clear:

“South Korea is not a perfect or entirely happy place. Our true goal is the Kingdom of God.Reunification through the gospel is our mission, and our greatest joy is seeing North Korean sisters and fellow escapees becoming ministers of the gospel.”

Through their dedication—and through your faithful prayers—the life-saving work of this ministry continues. Each soul rescued is more precious than anything in this world.

We especially ask for your prayers for our local missionary, whose tireless service has been truly impactful. Preaching the gospel to those who have never heard the name of Jesus and helping them discover vision and hope in Christ—all in a short time—is not something just anyone can do. It is a sacred and challenging calling.

Please continue to pray for this missionary and their family as they serve in a foreign land for the purpose of gospel reunification in our divided homeland. We sincerely invite you to walk with us in this mission.

We also want to share that rescuing North Korean escapees remains an incredibly difficult task. Whenever a new route is discovered, Chinese authorities are quick to detect and block it.

Even now, we receive urgent messages from China:

“Please, save me.”“Please help me get out first.”“I fled under severe persecution and now have nowhere to go.”

There are so many sisters crying out in desperation.

I earnestly long for the day when we no longer need to rescue North Korean escapees—because the day of reunification through the gospel has finally come.

Dear friends, please continue to pray with us and stand alongside us in faithful partnership. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

In Christ's love and service,

Pastor Seungeun Kim

1. Heavenly Father, we lift up every soul in North Korea into Your hands. May they come to know the one true God and encounter Jesus Christ personally. Let the season of Christ come upon the land of North Korea.

2. God, please make a way to rescue the North Korean escapees who are suffering under oppression in China. With Your mighty hand and outstretched arm, protect and deliver them.

3. Father, we ask for Your blessing upon the North Korean brothers and sisters studying the Bible at our Southeast Asia Center. Please comfort and anoint the missionaries who serve and walk alongside them. Bless their ministry and their families abundantly.

4. God, we pray for our American supporter who has faithfully dedicated themselves to this mission. Bless their business and family with the prosperity and favor that You gave to Joseph. And may they fully entrust everything to You and come to know Jesus Christ personally.

In Jesus' Name,

Amen
