Hallelujah! I pray that the God of peace will always be with you. By Godās grace and through your faithful prayers, the young North Korean women who were rescued on Easter have now completed their three-month discipleship training at our Southeast Asia center. They are about to embark on the next leg of their journey to South Korea. The entire processāfrom rescue, to evangelism, to Bible study, and finally resettlementātypically takes around seven months.
Please continue to pray that these women will cling to God through every trial and encounter along the way. May this difficult yet precious time deepen their faith, and may they arrive in South Korea ready to begin a new life, fully surrendered to the Lord.
I am currently leading a 3-day Revival meeting at Jusarang Church in Beopseongpo, Yeonggwang. What Iāve experienced during this time has reminded me again: when there is a deep hunger for God, His grace pours out abundantly. A heart that longs for God is also a heart that loves others and longs to share the gospel with them.
Even now, as I prepare for the early morning service and write this newsletter, I ask for your continued prayersāespecially for the ongoing rescue efforts and the finances needed to sustain them.Ā
In about two weeks, Iāll be flying back to the United States to continue this mission. I donāt always know exactly where God will lead me next. But I do know this: wherever He sends me, He has already prepared the wayāplacing people who are ready to partner with Him to save lives. That has been the story of Caleb Mission for the past 27 years. God has faithfully led us, provided for us, and used us to rescue so many.
This has only been possible because of God's provision and because of faithful partners like you who have prayed and walked with us. Please also pray for our partners and supporters in the U.S.āfor their families and especially for their businesses. May God pour out such favor on their work that even non-believers would see and say, āSurely, those who follow Jesus are truly blessed.ā May their work become a vessel through which the gospel spreads.
This upcoming mission trip will be about two months long. Please pray for my health, that I wonāt face the same health challenges I experienced last time. Also, please continue to lift up our North Korean escapees communities in South Korea, that they would be well cared for and grow strong in Godās grace while I am away.
Thank you again for your love and support. I pray Godās peace and abundant grace will be with each of you today and always.
In Christ's love and service,
Pastor Seungeun Kim

1. Loving Father God, thank You. You have called us to proclaim the gospel to the ends of the earth, and so we lift up all the nations and peoples into Your hands. May the day come soon when everyone in this world becomes a disciple of Jesus Christ.
2. Lord, we pray for North Korean defectorsāespecially those in the most desperate and life-threatening situations. We lift up to You those who are oppressed under the guise of religion. May they encounter true freedom and life in You alone.
3. Father, we pray for the North Korean disciples currently being discipled at the Southeast Center, for the missionaries guiding them, and for every leader and supporter involved, especially those carrying financial responsibilities. May Your presence, guidance, and protection be with them all.
In Jesus' Name,
Amen
