The First Week of May 💌 Caleb Mission Newsletter from Pastor Seungeun Kim

Hallelujah! We pray that the God of peace be with you all.

Thanks to your prayers, my visit to the United States, which was full of God's grace, is coming to an end. I’m near San Francisco now. Tomorrow, I'll be going to LA for the last two days of my visit before returning to Korea. Today, I shared food with homeless people near Silicon Valley.

It breaks my heart to see people living without Jesus despite America's prosperity. Yet, I am moved by the dedication of people of faith to help the weakest, poorest, and sickest.

Many people in North Korea are facing hardships. However, even in the free world, we may experience relative poverty because we lack gratitude and faith in our lives.

Some of the wealthiest individuals in the U.S. live just a block away. However, it is said that occasionally, bodies of individuals who have died from starvation or drug overdoses are found in the river right by me.

Many people aim to achieve material wealth. However, the wealth gap in the U.S., which is considered the wealthiest country, is significant. I hope all of you will prioritize living with hope for heavenly rewards rather than focusing solely on material possessions in this world.

Upon our return to Korea, our main focus will be on rescuing North Korean defectors and starting a prison missionary cooperation with an American organization. I am grateful to God for being alive and able to minister today, which is why I am alive.

Thank you for your prayers and blessings during our trip to the United States.

🙏🏻❤️Please pray with us for North Korea ❤️🙏🏻

1. Heavenly Father, we pray for Your Kingdom to Come.

2. God, please bless the prison ministry that will begin in Korea, and may many souls be lifted up to You.

3. Lord, the rescue mission for North Korean defectors will begin soon. We earnestly pray that You will protect them by Your grace. In Jesus' Name, Amen
